Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Our return policy covers the return of most products in new or “like-new” condition. It does not cover purchases of the APO E Gene Online Program, Test Kits, or Welcome Kit.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If we have made a mistake with your order we will take care of it, period. If a product is defective or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can replace it for you. We cover shipping for both the returned item and the replacement.
