At the heart of the APO E Gene Diet Program is discovering your APO E Gene type. With this program, we send you a private at-home test kit. We provide a pre-addressed envelope to send your simple cheek swab to a lab. 
Once you have your APO E Gene type, you can begin your customized program, which includes:

  • MTHFR (methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) Gene Testing
  • Review your APO E Gene test results with Pam McDonald*
